Is it mandatory to register for the conference?
In view of the limited capacity, we require the participants to register in advance. This helps us organize better and provide a smoother experience to the attendees.

Are there any registration fees?
Registration is completely free. We want to make the conference accessible to everyone interested, and thank our sponsors for their financial support.

Are meals included for all participants?
Yes, meals are available for all participants, but you are required to select these at the time of registration. We provide coffee breaks and lunch on both days of the conference. In addition, there will also be an apero on the first evening .You may indicate any dietary restrictions in the registration form.

What are the guidelines for preparing posters?
All participants are welcome to present posters, but are required to indicate this at the time of registration. The poster size should be A0 (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. On the day of the event, you will be assigned places to install your poster. Please ensure that you are present at your poster during the poster sessions.

Will the talks be recorded and made available later?
The talks will not be recorded. We encourage you to attend the conference to benefit from the discussions and interactions with the speakers and other participants.
